Authors selected for an oral presentation will be allocated 20 minutes for their talk, followed by 5 minutes for questions and answers.

A computer provided by the technical support company will serve as the SLIDE CENTRE.
 

Speakers are requested to bring their PowerPoint presentation in 16:9 format on a USB drive and hand it to the technical staff, who will upload it to the Slide Centre computer. 
 

Speakers will not be able to use their own laptops.

Authors presenting a poster are requested to prepare their poster in A0 format, in portrait orientation. 

The required dimensions are:

• 84.1 × 118.9 cm

• 33.1 × 46.8 inches

Posters must be displayed on the board corresponding to their assigned number by 16:30 on Sunday, July 26, remain on display until the end of the second poster session, and be removed after 19:00 on Monday, July 27.

To facilitate discussion during the poster sessions:

• Presenters of odd-numbered posters should attend their posters during the session on Sunday, July 26.

• Presenters of even-numbered posters should attend their posters during the session on Monday, July 27.
